I am Patricia Joseph—affectionately known as Pat—and I warmly welcome every guest with personalized service, local insight, and genuine hospitality to create an unforgettable Royal Escape experience.

With over 25 years of experience as a senior banker, I am highly trained in Banking, Finance, and Management Studies. Despite my long and successful career in the financial services industry, my true passion has always been hospitality—where I naturally excel. In 2024, I made the bold and fulfilling decision to transition from banking to fully dedicate myself to growing my business, Royal Escape.

I love meeting people from around the world and take pride in curating unique, memorable vacations for my guests. A typical day begins with preparing and serving breakfast at Garden Grove Restaurant, where I engage guests in warm conversation—sharing stories, cultures, and reflections on their previous day’s adventures. I then assist in planning their daily tours, ensuring each experience is tailored and seamless. In the evenings, I prepare and serve dinner, continuing to build meaningful connections with my guests.

During the high season, I host special social events such as Management Cocktails, Fusion Food Fest, and Coffee with Your Host in the lounge—creating opportunities for guests to connect, relax, and form lasting friendships.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy tending to my kitchen garden, relaxing on the beach, and spending quiet time at home. I am a devoted Christian who actively participates in church ministry, and I have a deep love for cooking. I am also a proud mother of one son, Jaiden.

With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a highly rated super host, consistently earning five-star reviews. My strengths include warmth personality, excellent communication skills with my guests, great attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. I am supported by my exceptional and long-standing housekeeper, Lucy, who ensures every room is maintained to the highest standard.
